I've feeling a little less "bloggy" lately.

I've been muy busy. Work and therapy have been winding down for the year, and my momma, Emmy-loo and I have been gathering up some stuff for a YARD SALE! Memphis friends, we would LOVE to see you May 21st!
While I've been bagging and tagging almost religiously, I did manage to score a little treasure that I will NOT be yard-sale-ing.
Isn't she a beaut? The luxury of a honkin' heavy, distressed corbel. I think Mrs. Cherry-doodle found this on the side of the road? She had this in her flea market booth and I somehow kindly inherited it.. for free. Hoooray!

Who is Mrs. Cherry-doodle?
She's my mother-in-law. And she has a FANTASTIC decorator's eye.
It's a great nickname, isn't it? Love a good, 'ole Southern nickname. It's what she calls most girls- their name + "doodle".
It never fails to make me smile hearing a "Lindsey-doodle".
